About Us

I started my first mechanic apprentice job in 2003 at a Volvo and Audi dealership since then Ive worked at a a few other dealerships including Honda/Acura, Hyundai, Kia and Subaru. I’ve also spent substantial time working for a couple small independent repair shops working on all makes and models. In all I now have 21yrs experience total and would love nothing more than to share my knowledge and experience with my customers 

3:23 Automotive is an idea that came after years of doing side work for friends and family. I noticed many of them would come to me because they felt ripped off or lied to  at other repair shops and/or poor quality work was done to their vehicles. In the summer of 2023 we decided as a family to go full time with the business and try and provide another option for people to get thier vehicles fixed or maintained. The name 3:23 Automotive comes from the bible verse Colossians 3:23 (you know it) “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”

Long before is decided to start the business I saw it written on the bill of my brothers hard hat, when I asked him about it, the verse hit me like a ton of bricks and completely changed my approach from just working for a paycheck to really caring about the work I perform and doing it with excellence and since then Ive tried to apply that principal to the business and our customers. I believe you should not have to sell or tell people your honest, Id like our customer to trust us based on how we do business, which is doing the highest quality work possible and always being transparent.
